I have very much enjoyed being the Landlord of this brilliant community pub over the past year, and despite the occasional difference of opinion I hope my customers have enjoyed drinking here. We have dedicated ourselves completely to the pub whilst we have been here, and it is a shame that we are forced to leave. In this current climate however the Rent and Tied Beer Prices are unsustainable. If action is not taken soon by the Pub Companies or by Government against the Pub Companies, the UK will have far less pubs in a year's time.
